In Orangeville, Royal LePage RCR Realty began in August 1977, when it opened as Royal City Realty. Within its first year of business, the company reached number one in sales in the area. As the company’s success grew, distinction was becoming a priority.
In the long term, business partners, Andrew Wildeboer, Bill Wildeboer and Frank Gray Jr., decided that national recognition is what would help the company with positive growth. In December 1998, Royal City Realty became a broker affiliated with Royal LePage. Since then, the company, together with their Brokerage, Royal LePage York North Realty in Newmarket, has grown to 19 offices with approximately 400 salespeople in southern Ontario.
Royal LePage RCR Realty is a member of the Orangeville, Brampton, Toronto, Southern Georgian Bay, Grey Bruce Owen Sound and Guelph Real Estate Boards.
